Refund Policy – The Onco Clinic (AVID Oncology Pvt. Ltd.)

We aim to provide transparent and fair billing for our services. This Refund Policy applies to payments made via our website or hospital billing desk.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Double payment or excess amount charged.
  • Cancellation of appointment/treatment before commencement of services.
  • Service not rendered due to hospital-side reasons.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Registration fees.
  • Consultation fees once the consultation is completed.
  • Diagnostic test charges after samples are collected.
  • Chemotherapy/medicine charges once drugs are dispensed or treatment is started.

3. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to [email address].
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
  • For payments made via insurance/TPA, refunds will follow insurer/TPA policies.
