We aim to provide transparent and fair billing for our services. This Refund Policy applies to payments made via our website or hospital billing desk.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Double payment or excess amount charged.
- Cancellation of appointment/treatment before commencement of services.
- Service not rendered due to hospital-side reasons.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
- Registration fees.
- Consultation fees once the consultation is completed.
- Diagnostic test charges after samples are collected.
- Chemotherapy/medicine charges once drugs are dispensed or treatment is started.
3. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be made in writing to [email address].
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
- For payments made via insurance/TPA, refunds will follow insurer/TPA policies.
